Eligibility
Unopened, unused, eligible items may be reviewed for return approval. Return eligibility depends on product type, condition, timing, and compliance requirements.
Final-sale items
Opened, used, consumable, perishable, personal-use, damaged-after-delivery, restricted, or clearance items are final sale unless there is a verified fulfillment issue.
Bundles and discounts
Bundle and discount refunds may be adjusted to reflect the promotional value received. If part of a bundle is returned and approved, the remaining items may be recalculated at their non-bundle value.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items as soon as possible with your order number, package photos, and item photos. Keep all packaging until support has reviewed the claim.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Bank processing timing may vary. Store credit or replacement may be offered depending on the issue and item eligibility.
